Our House
was specifically built for people in wheelchairs or for people with mobility impairments. Seeing as the hostess herself is in a wheel chair and the host himself is a gifted craftsman and carpenter, the house turned out to be an unparalleled, creative and fully-accessible dream-vacation-home.
We are offering a various additional services, including a care service, wheel chair transport or a shower chair. |

The house itself is located withing a quiet residential estate surrounded by vine yards and the Kurpark Oberlaa. The next bus stop is approximately 300 meter/1000ft away. All public transport buses are equipped with a ramp. In addition does every subway stop have an elevator and the new subway itself is equipped with an automatic ramp. The city center of Vienna is only 30 minutes away with the 68A and the U1.
The Therme Wien is 2.7km/1.7mi away by car and even less by foot through the Kurpark Oberlaa. Not only is the Therme Wien one of the most frequented Therme in Austria but it also is fully-accessible for mobility-impaired people. If you want additional information you are just a click away. The apartment building is a low-energy house. During the summer it is pleasantly cool and during the winter it is comfortably warm and cozy. The rainwater is being collected and used for flushing. |
